In 1972, Frank Liggett and George Ragsdale established this law firm with a focus on building personal relationships with clients.  After forty years, that is still our approach.  

We measure our lawyers’ performance by the value we achieve for our clients, not by the number of hours we bill. Our goal is for our clients to return to us time and again because they trust that we will deal with them fairly and work hard to accomplish their goals. 

Although our firm has twenty lawyers, we compete with firms that are much larger because we have the talent and the experience to handle sophisticated legal matters. We can handle almost any litigation or transaction, regardless of size.
